About Shenandoah Mills
Meet our founder, owner and COO, Dale Nunnery. After decades in the food manufacturing business, Dale decided to branch out on his own, founding Shenandoah Mills in 1990. In our years since, Shenandoah Mills has continually set the bar for excellence, earning a "Superior" rating from the American Institute of Baking (AIB) and "Vendor of the Year" from one of America's largest restaurant chains.
Our intimate management staff has more than 200 years combined food production experience and have been working as a team since the early 1980's. In fact, it's hard to find a staff member who has been with us less than a decade.
Our home is the original Lebanon Train Depot, constructed in the early 1900's. We have completely renovated the facility to preserve and restore it's integrity as well as to keep our equipment fresh and innovative. In 2006, we were awarded the William Baird Beautification Award and the Lebanon-Wilson County Chamber of Commerce Cedar Tree award.
We are proud members of the Lebanon-Wilson County Chamber of Commerce, the National Federation of Independent Businesses, and the Tennessee Association of Businesses. Shenandoah Mills is a charter member in the AIB Membership Association. We also have supported the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children since 1991.
