A Little Something About Us Shenandoah Mills, Inc. was opened in 1990. We specialize in providing dry mix, custom milled, and blended products to the food service and institutional trade. We supply a wide variety of complete mixes including, but not limited to, gravies, biscuits, pancakes, cakes, muffins, hushpuppies, cornbread, corndog, seafood & poultry batters & breaders, as well as yellow and white cornmeal. In 1996, Shenandoah Mills was awarded the William Baird Beautification Award and the Lebanon-Wilson County Chamber of Commerce Cedar Tree Award for the renovation of the original Lebanon train depot, built in the early 1900's. In 1998, we were the proud recipients of an Award for Our Commitment to Product Quality and Exceptional Customer Service from one of our largest customers. We are members of the Lebanon-Wilson County Chamber of Commerce, the National Federation of Independent Businesses, and the Tennessee Association of Businesses. We have also been proud supporters of the Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children since 1991. We are also proud of our standing with the American Institute of Baking. From 1996 till 1997, we received the EXCELLENT rating: and from 1998 till 2003, we were awarded the highest rating of SUPERIOR.
