Our Staff
Our staff has a combined total of over 153 years of experience in dealing with all aspects of food production. Our people are food industry professionals. We are committed to supplying your company with individual and personalized attention; providing you with competitive pricing and excellent products. Our Research & Development Lab staff can develop custom formulations to customer specifications. We maintain on-site lab and kitchen facilities to insure strict quality control for both raw materials and finished products. Product safety is maintained utilizing a HACCP program. The American Institute of Baking (AIB), the FDA, the USDA, and the Tennessee Department of Health continually inspect our facility.
