PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES

Our dry blending operation can accommodate over 575,000 pounds of product daily. All packaging is done to exact customer specifications. Packaging capabilities include vertical form and fill, foldover seal, as well as heatseal for larger packages. Such versatility in packaging enables us to produce package sizes ranging from  1 1/2-pounds to 50-pounds in a variety of styles.

Our 65,000 sq. ft. facility is centrally located in Middle Tennessee, 30 miles east of Nashville, 1.5 miles north of I-40, and within 25 miles of Interstate-24, Interstate-65, and Interstate-840.

Geographically, we are located within a one-day travel of sixty (60) percent of the population of the United States. This allows us to control shipping costs and offer the best service to our customers.

One of Shenandoah Mills' specialties is our cornmeal. We are a 4,500-cwt. Mill for both white and yellow corn, and can offer various granulations of cornmeal. Our corn supply is readily available; sourced within a 50-mile radius, which allows for very competitive pricing. Cornmeal is sold in bulk, and can be packaged from 5 to 50-pound bags.

Our Quality Control has final authority. Nothing enters or leaves without their approval. We utilize the latest equipment to maintain accurate ingredient amounts for all products, thereby, insuring that all products meet or exceed customer standards.
