Every order is completed to exact customer specifications, with packaging as small as 10 pounds to as large as 50 pounds. Our 65,000 square foot facility can accommodate more that 575,000 pounds of product per day. We offer packaging options for vertical form and fill, foldover seal and heat seal. Nothing leaves enters or leaves our facility without our experienced Quality Control Team approval. Shenandoah is constantly on the edge of production, with the latest equipment in order to provide you with the best product possible.
Located in Middle Tennessee, we are within a one-day travel of 60% of the United States, allowing us to control shipping costs and offer the best service to our customers.

Every order is made to your exact specifications and packaged on site in a poly pouch bag, 25 or 50lb bags, totes, or even 48,000lb bulk delivery.
Research and Devlopment
Our specialty is creating custom products for our customers. Let our research and development team reverse engineer any dry mix product or create an entirely new recipe form scratch to meet your exact specifications.
Your order begins in with our on site milling, providing freshness that no other producer can match. After milling, all dry mixes go through stringent testing for chemical composition, consistency and granual size measured every hour in our quality assurance lab, that runs twelve hours daily. Testing continues with baking, frying, texture and tastings to ensure that every batch of Shenandoah Mills mix always exceed your expectations. We complete detailed research and development so your customers always enjoy the richest flavor and highest quality from your foods.
